Naomi Moore is a partner in Akin Gump’s global Financial Restructuring practice, based in Hong Kong. She advises clients in relation to cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and workouts, as well as finance and alternative credit transactions. With extensive experience gained through working in Asia, Australia and London, Naomi has been involved in the majority of complex and high-profile restructurings across the Asia-Pacific region with a focus on schemes of arrangement. She also regularly assists investment fund clients and other financial institutions with private lending and other credit transactions in the Asian region including secured and unsecured financings implemented by way of facility agreements, notes or other debt instruments. She has considerable recent experience in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Singapore, London, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands across a variety of sectors including energy, commodities, mining and real estate.

Naomi is named as a leading individual for Restructuring and Insolvency by Chambers Asia who note that she is “effective, commercially aware and gives great client service”. She is also recognized by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific, in which she is praised for being “superb” for Restructuring and Insolvency.
